Finger flexion after FFMT

A case of functioning muscle transfer done for finger flexion . Patient had under gone nerve transfer for shoulder and elbow with good recovery . So decision taken to do a free functioning muscle transfer . Gracilis muscle was taken and connected to 4,5th intercostal muscle and muscle was fixed to 4 th rib and to flexor tendons. Vessel were connected to thoracodorsal pedicle .
