C 5,6,7,8 and T1 palwal

One of the first brachial plexus cases operated by me in my clinic. Patient has pan brachial plexus injury in Bihar and come to clinic around 4 months after injury . He was operated exploration of brachial plexus done finding  were all three trunks were non stimulable and found to be avulsed.
So decision to do extra plexal nerve transfer was done .
Nerve transfer done
Spinal accessory to suprascapular nerve
2,3,4 intercostal nerve to musculocutaneous
Phrenic to axillary nerve via nerve graft

Physiotherapy was started after one month . Patient came to clinic after one year showing excellent movements
