He is a college student who met with a accident while coming from college. he suffered head injury , long bone fractures along pan brachial plexus injury. He took long time for recovery and was planned for surgery almost nine months post injury.He was explored and found to have avulsion injury of pan brachial plexus all three trunks so decision was taken to do extra plexal nerve grafting.
Spinal accessory to suprascapular nerve transfer was done
Pherinic to axillary nerve via graft
2,3,4 intercostal to musculocutaneous
Post op was uneventful and physiotherapy was started after one month . Movement started coming almost a year and above video is two years post op.
