18 year old college student met with a biking accident and sustained brachial plexus injury . He sustained multiple fracture of upper limb along with head injury. He had pan brachial plexus injury which in layman's term nothing from shoulder to hand was functional and he has excruciating pain in limb. Patient come to my clinic 6 months post injury and I operated after two months . Patient's had head injury and other injuries managed at bharatpur.
During surgery brachial plexus was explored and found have total avulsion of all trunks .So I decided to do two extra plexal neurotisation.
Spinal Accessory nerve to Supraspinatus nerve.
2,3,4 inter costal to musculocutaneous nerve.
Physiotherapy was started after one month . And the clinical movement came after 9 months.
