Pan brachial plexus injury in truck driver

He was truck driver who sustained brachial plexus injury while travelling from motorcycle. He had pan brachial plexus injury which means all movements from shoulder to hand along with sensation were gone. Priorities in these injuries are first to address elbow and shoulder movements and then address hand function later on. He was operated 9 months after injury and brachial plexus was explored and finding were all three trunks were not stimulable  and found to be avulsed . So decision to do three nerve transfer was taken .
Spinal Accessory to Supraspinatus nerve.
Phrenic nerve to axillary via nerve graft.
2,3,4 inter costal to musculocutaneous nerve.
Post op physiotherapy was started one month later . And these results are after one year.
