Pan brachial plexus injury Raj

27 year old factory worker met with a accident in may 2015 ,operated in december 2015 . Patient had pan brachial plexus injury. There was no movement in shoulder ,elbow and hand. Initial plan was to reconstruct shoulder and elbow followed by hand.
Brachial plexus was explored and nerve transfer were done.
Spinal accessory to supra spinatus
2,3,4 intercoastal to musculocutaneous
Patient got movements after 7 months of physiotherapy and good movements after one year.
Now we plan to do free functioning muscle transfer for finger movement
